After reading that post, I do want to clarify, I know what they are looking for in the Home Study but my husband doesn't or isn't really sure. That is why I am taking advantage of him and going to get the extra work done. I know the don't care if my kitchen has a border up.

Nope, there is not room in the home study report for fresh paint and/or wallpaper borders. The home study is more about your family unit than the 'home' - just put away the porn, guns and drugs & you'll be fine. Ha! Ha! Ha!
Wait, I take that back, you need to sweat it out like the rest of us did. Ain't it fun to feel like you're under a microscope. Good times.
